JODY HARRIS, FOUNDER AND INVENTOR OF YUKBGONE
With over 20 years experience in corporate America, Jody Harris is a woman with vision and purpose in the banking and appraisal industry with a focus on administering various loan and grant programs relating to business, energy, electric cooperatives, and intermediary re-lending programs. She managed a direct loan portfolio of $32 million with zero delinquencies and a grant portfolio of $21 million in the State of Oklahoma for the USDA Rural Development.
Jody conducted farm bill outreach and training's to the public, state agencies, rural electric cooperatives, federal partners, Native American Tribes and at State Energy Conferences and she served as a Team Leader and State Office Reviewer for the State Internal Reviews (SIR) Assumes acting management responsibility in the absence of the Director of Business and Energy Programs.
With such a stellar and successful corporate background and experience, Jody Harris set off to become an inventor of popular and necessary products such as ZippedMe and YukBGone in 2012; while still working full-time at the USDA. The ZippedMe product was an invention to help a single lady zip up a dress and YukBGone is an all natural, antimicrobial and natural disinfectant hand and surface cleaner scented with essential oils that is quickly growing in popularity with on and offline gift boutiques and stores across the country. In 2016, Jody received a Stevie Award for Best New Product for YukBGone. Currently YukBGone is offered in over 400 stores across the country and growing. When not inventing new products, Jody can be found delivery keynote motivational speeches or publishing books for clients. Her publishing house, Symphony Publishing, is an independent publishing company with a passion for inspiring authors to live their dream.
Today, Jody concentrates her time in developing new designs and extending her product line by developing products that are practicable, useful and needed. This spring she launches BugBGone and she is in development on a health and wellness product to compliment her existing product line.
Jody lives in Stillwater, OK with her husband. She is a strong and proud mother to 4 children and 2 beautiful grand-children.
